Welcome!
The survival over the long haul of an organization rests on its usefulness and ability to adapt to the world in which it lives.
We in the legal profession are no exception. It is not always easy to balance our ethical commitments –the client as the focal point of our activities- with our presence in the media and, above all, on social networks.
However, Garrigues, a firm created in 1941, has proven its ability to stay the course. And we want to continue to do so, convinced as we are that respect for the strictest ethical standards is compatible with the profession opening up to society.
In this age, changes are so swift that they can at times go unnoticed. But there they are. Social networks are the vehicles of change and, many times, change itself.
Information is ever increasingly universal. Knowledge is another matter entirely – it calls for the assessment, processing and analysis of information.
This blog that we are launching today seeks to contribute to disseminating legal knowledge, while enabling Garrigues professionals to gain from other opinions and experiences.
Regards,
